Reflections in Octapp help you check in with yourself across three important dimensions of well-being:

Mood: How are you feeling emotionally? This might range from down or frustrated to happy and content.

Energy Level: How energetic do you feel? This could vary from tired and drained to energized and ready for anything.

Stress Level: How much pressure are you feeling? This scale spans from calm and relaxed to overwhelmed or tense.

Quick Reflections

The Quick Reflection feature makes emotional check-ins effortless:

  • Simply slide the indicator to match how you're feeling
  • Each aspect (mood, energy, stress) can be adjusted independently
  • You can update just one or all three - it's up to you
  • Add a brief note if you'd like to provide context
  • Tap "Save Reflection" when you're satisfied

Full Form Reflections

When you want to share more detail about your state of mind:

  • Tap "Full Form" in the top right
  • Adjust all three sliders thoughtfully
  • Add detailed notes about what's influencing your current state
  • Connect your reflection to specific goals or events
  • Share additional context with your support network
